This policy explains how Monocursive collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use Benzaiflow and the beta waitlist.

1. Data controller

Benzaiflow is operated by Monocursive, a company based in France.

For personal data processed through the Benzaiflow website and beta program, Monocursive acts as the data controller.

2. Data we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name (optional), email address, preferred beta platform, and your description of daily organization struggles when you apply to the waitlist.

If you use the beta app, we may also process product usage and feedback data needed to operate and improve the service.

We process limited technical data such as device or app diagnostics and security logs.

3. Why we process data (GDPR legal bases)

We process personal data under GDPR Article 6 legal bases:

Contract / pre-contract steps: to review beta applications, communicate access, and provide core service functionality.
Legitimate interests: to secure the service, prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve reliability.
Consent: for optional communications or optional analytics when consent is required.
Legal obligation: where processing is required by applicable law.

4. Data retention

Waitlist applications are kept only as long as needed to manage beta access and product onboarding, and generally no longer than 24 months after your last interaction.

Operational and security logs are retained for limited periods, typically up to 12 months unless a longer retention is legally required.

When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

5. Data sharing, processors, and no resale

We may share data with service providers strictly required to run Benzaiflow (for example hosting, email delivery, and infrastructure/security tools), under contractual safeguards.

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect legal rights and platform security.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or resell your personal data.

6. International data transfers

We prioritize providers with processing in the EU/EEA whenever possible.

If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary measures where needed.

Benzaiflow is not intended for children under 16. If we learn that personal data of a child was provided without proper authorization, we will delete it.
