These Terms govern your access to and use of Benzaiflow. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Benzaiflow is a product operated by Monocursive, based in France.

In these Terms, 'we', 'us', and 'our' refer to Monocursive and the Benzaiflow service.

2. Scope of the service

Benzaiflow provides planning and productivity support features, including beta access programs and related communications.

Certain features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as the product evolves.

3. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally able to accept these Terms in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.

You agree not to share your account in ways that compromise service security.

4. Beta program terms

Beta access is provided on a manual-approval basis and may be limited by platform availability (iOS TestFlight, Google Play, or both).

Beta features can be incomplete, experimental, and subject to change without notice.

We may accept, decline, pause, or revoke beta access at our discretion to protect service quality and user safety.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Benzaiflow or interfere with its operation.

  • No unlawful use or violation of applicable regulations.
  • No attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • No automated abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or attacks against service integrity unless explicitly authorized by us.
  • No use intended to harass, threaten, or harm others.

6. Intellectual property

The Benzaiflow service, branding, visuals, and software are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content.

7. Your content and feedback

You retain rights over content you submit (such as feedback and waitlist context).

You grant us a non-exclusive license to use submitted feedback and usage insights to operate, improve, and secure the service.

8. Availability and changes

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify or suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, or product evolution.

9. Fees

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, beta access is provided free of charge.

If paid plans are introduced later, pricing and billing terms will be provided before purchase.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Benzaiflow is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

We do not warrant that the service will meet every expectation or remain free from defects at all times.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Monocursive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if security risks arise, or if required by law.

You may stop using Benzaiflow at any time.

13. Privacy and data commitments

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or resell personal data.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

Unless mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise, disputes are subject to the competent courts in France.
