• One person per account (except Family plans)
• You must provide accurate information
• You're responsible for all activity under your account

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BenzaiFlow responsibly. Don't:

• Use it for illegal activities
• Harass or harm others
• Try to hack or disrupt our service
• Violate anyone's privacy or rights
• Share your account (except Family plans)
• Resell or redistribute our service
• Use automated systems to access BenzaiFlow

3. Your Content

You own your data. Tasks, notes, and content you create remain yours. By using BenzaiFlow, you grant us permission to:

• Store and display your content back to you
• Process it for AI features (if enabled)
• Make backups to prevent data loss
• Share it as you direct (shared lists, exports)

We'll never sell your content or use it for advertising.

4. Our Service

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• BenzaiFlow is provided "as is" without warranties
• We may have occasional downtime for maintenance
• Features may change as we improve the app
• We'll notify you of significant changes
• We're not responsible for third-party integrations

5. Payment Terms

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime - you'll have access until period ends
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months

Free Trial

• 14-day free trial for new Pro/Family users
• Cancel before trial ends to avoid charges
• One trial per user

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact support within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.
